Vanilla French Meringue
Hey, look!!! I have made pastel colored clouds. I am a happy baker!
This week I have made french meringue as requested. French Meringue is a delicate desert with a light texture and a melt in the mouth feel. As I am whipping the egg whites, it slowly forms into an airy white mass, somehow or rather it reminds me of clouds. Soft, white and fluffy. So COOL!! Downside is, they took forever to bake. 2425625627hrs, not like I'm counting. And plenty of leftover egg yolks.
But DARN these "clouds" tasted GOOOOOOD!!
